Phase two of the Coastal Risk Assessment and Management Programme is scheduled to start on Monday, April 15.

And, members of the public who live, work and operate businesses in the Holetown, St. James area and surrounding districts are encouraged to attend a stakeholder meeting on Wednesday, April 3, at the Trents Community Centre, Trents, St. James beginning at 6:00 p.m., to learn more about what they may expect as this phrase of the project gets under way.

The second phase is expected to include the construction of break waters, revetments, a walkway and a headland. In addition, a fluidizer is also expected to be installed along the Holetown Hole. Much of the work is expected to be concentrated around the Folkestone area, however, it will extend from the Coral Reef Club to the Holetown Police Station.

This phase of the project is expected to conclude on November 30.
