Staff of the National Petroleum Corporation (NPC) gave a “pep talk” and donated pens, pencils and notepads to class four students at the Luther Thorne Primary School.  

The visit was one of the activities to mark the company’s 40th Anniversary celebrations.

During the visit, students were addressed by Marketing & Public Relations Officer at the Barbados National Oil Company Samantha Hazlewood-Ermay, who engaged them on the 11 plus Examination and encouraged them to keep focused and believing in themselves.   

Fitter, Reginald Cato, prayed for the students while the Assistant Human Resources Officer, Khadijah Briggs, made a presentation to the Principal, Maria Benn, Class Four teachers and the students.
