Primary and secondary school students again have a grand opportunity to use their art in "preventing crime in our schools".

The National Task Force on Crime Prevention (NTFCP) has thrown out this challenge in the current annual art competition for six to 17-year-old pupils.?? The contest closes on November 6 and no entries will be accepted after 4:30 p.m.

They must be submitted to The Director, National Task Force on Crime Prevention, No. 5 Alphonzo House, 1st Avenue, Belleville, St. Michael.

All must be original and not previously used in any other event.?? The art work should not exceed four feet in height by four feet in width and should be dry; wet paintings will not be accepted.

The artist’s name, age and school must be clearly shown on each entry and failure to observe the rules could result in disqualification.

NTFCP reserves the right to reject any piece of art and the judges’ decision is final.
