Suitably qualified Barbadians are being invited to apply for the Organization of American States (OAS) scholarships to pursue undergraduate and graduate studies for the academic year 2013/2014.

Eligible candidates must be citizens or permanent residents of Barbados and must possess the relevant educational and professional experience for placement in the programme of their choice.

Additionally, the applicants may be required to write admission tests such as GRE or GMAT, as stipulated by the academic institution which they wish to attend, and provide the supporting evidence of satisfactory scores with their application.

The candidates are advised that they must bear all costs for writing the various tests and should make arrangements with the Ministry of Education as soon as possible.

Completed applications must be submitted to Ms. Rhea Clarke-Mason, Economic Affairs Division, Ministry of Finance, 3rd Floor East, Warrens Office Complex, St. Michael, no later than March 31.
