The Ministry of Health and Wellness has advised that there will be adjustments to the operating times for COVID-19 testing sites on Monday, August 1, (Kadooment Day) and Tuesday, August 2 (Emancipation Day).

As a result of the Grand Kadooment route, which will be from Warrens, St. Michael, to the Bussa roundabout and back, the Eunice Gibson Polyclinic, located in Warrens, will be closed on August 1. It will remain closed on August 2.

The site at the Wildey Gymnasium, Wildey, St. Michael, will also be closed on August 1, but will open for testing on August 2, from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

Queen’s Park Steel Shed, Constitution Road, St. Michael, will operate on August 1, from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., and will be closed on August 2.

The Ministry of Health and Wellness reminds members of the public that the Branford Taitt Polyclinic, at Black Rock, St. Michael, does not conduct testing on weekends nor public holidays.
