Individuals interested in learning more about ageing and the elderly will get the opportunity to do so when the National Assistance Board hosts a panel discussion entitled "Creating an Age-Friendly Society for the Elderly", on Thursday, March 18.??

The discussion, being held in collaboration with the Social Work students of the University of the West Indies, Cave Hill Campus, will take place at the Wesleyan Holiness Church, Whitepark Road, St. Michael, and will run from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

Its aim is to help prevent the onset of psychological and physiological disabilities during the latter years and the focus will be on educating stakeholders and the elderly.??
