A rehearsal for Barbados’ 52nd Anniversary of Independence Parade will be held tomorrow, Thursday, November 22, at Kensington Oval, Fontabelle, St. Michael, at 3:00 p.m.
As a result, the Ministry of Education, Technological and Vocational Training has granted permission for students of several organizations participating in the Parade, to be released from their various schools at 1.30 p.m. in order to attend the rehearsal.
The organizations are the Barbados Cadet Corps, the Girl Guides Association, the Barbados Boy Scouts Association, the Seventh-Day Adventist Pathfinders, the Barbados Landship, the Barbados Red Cross Society, the St John Ambulance Association, and the Church Lads and Girls Brigade.
