The St. Lucy Constituency Council aims to empower parents from within that constituency.
The Council will, therefore, host a series of workshops entitled Parent Empowerment at the St. Lucy Secondary School, Trents, commencing next Tuesday, October 11, from 6:00 to 7:30 p.m.
The workshops will run every Tuesday thereafter, and culminate on Monday, December 12.
Retired teacher, Gladwin Greaves, will instruct parents in Basic English and Mathematics, which would allow them to be better able to assist their children.
