The Ministry of Maritime Affairs and the Blue Economy is reminding consumers visiting fish markets to practise physical distancing when making their purchases during the opening hours of 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

This follows concerns raised by vendors about being crowded by customers when they come to purchase their fish.

The Ministry is reminding consumers that these measures were being taken to protect them and market staff against contracting COVID-19.
