The development of West Indies Cricket took centre stage today as Prime Minister Freundel Stuart met with new West Indies Cricket Board Chief Executive Officer, Michael Muirhead, and other officials of the WICB and the Barbados Cricket Association.
During the meeting at Ilaro Court, the officials engaged in animated discussion about the game and its role in the unification process of Caribbean people.
Mr. Muirhead, a management consultant, was appointed CEO of the WICB, on October 1, when Dr. Ernest Hilare, stepped down on September 30.
