The Royal Barbados Police Force (RBPF) will celebrate a week of activities beginning this Sunday, May 27, under the theme: Embracing all for a Better Society.

It will commence with divine worship at the Ann Gill Methodist Church, Fairfield, St. Michael, starting at 9:00 a.m.

The following day, Monday, May 28, persons will be treated to a community fair at Weymouth Complex, Roebuck Street, St. Michael, from noon to 7:00 p.m.

On Wednesday, May 30, members of the public can look forward to the Commissioner’s Annual Review and Parade which will be held at Weymouth Complex, at 4:00 p.m.

Officers are expected to compete at the National Stadium, Waterford, in the Police Sports Elimination on Thursday, May 31, from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.?? Later that same day, a variety concert will take place at the Lester Vaughan School Auditorium, Cane Garden, St. Thomas, starting at 7:30 p.m.

A sunset parade and retreat will be on the cards for Friday, June 1, and this will be held at the Weymouth Complex, Roebuck Street, St. Michael, commencing at 5:30 p.m.

The curtain will come down on festivities on Saturday, June 2, when the RBPF holds the finals of its Track and Field Championships at the National Stadium, Waterford, St. Michael, from 9:00 a.m.

In addition, the public is invited to view a Crime Prevention Exhibition at Heroes Square from 9:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. on that day.
