The Barbados Statistical Service (BSS) has advised that the 2020 round of the Population and Housing Census will continue until March 31. The theme for the census is ‘Our Nation, Our Future, Be Counted’.
Members of the public are encouraged to cooperate with the enumerators as they visit households to conduct interviews. They will be attired in pink polo shirts branded with the BSS logo, and carry departmental issued identification cards.
COVID-19 protocols will be observed. Householders are also reminded that the officers will not be entering their homes. For more information on the Population and Housing Census, persons may visit the Barbados Statistical Service’s website or call 535-2600.
