Young Barbadian artists will get an opportunity to showcase their skills, when the Barbados Chapter of the Caribbean Academy of Sciences hosts a poster competition.

Themed: Science and Technology for Innovation and Sustainable Living, students at the primary and tertiary level are invited to participate.

At the Sixth Form and tertiary level, students may submit a log which embodies elements of the broad theme of the competition, while Fifth and Fourth form students are invited to design posters with the sub-theme: Science and Technology for Sustainable Living.

Additionally, primary students of Classes Three and Four are asked to enter posters which focus on the theme: Living Sustainably in the Home.??Poster sizes should be no larger than 2 feet x 3 feet, and logo submissions are restricted to landscape orientation.

All entries should be sent to the Caribbean Institute for Meteorology and Hydrology, Husbands, St. James, and the Division of Natural Sciences, the Barbados Community College, ???The Eyrie???, Howells??? Cross Road, St. Michael, by Thursday, April 30.
