The Criminal Justice Research and Planning Unit, in collaboration with the National Peace Program, will host a Pre-Independence Youth Social and Lime this Friday, November 29, from 6:00 to 10:00 p.m. It will take place at Hoyte’s Village Playing Field, Hoyte’s Village, St. James.
There will be several community sports activities, including cricket and football, cultural presentations by local artistes, music by upcoming youth DJs, performances by the Tuk band and Mother Sally, and entertainment by popular DJs Biggz, Indian, and Chris Gayle.
Admission is free. Members of the public are invited to come out and be a part of this initiative and show support for the nation’s youth.
