Persons engaging in any profession, trade, business or calling have been reminded that they have to pay the requisite annual registration fee during this month.??Failure to meet the deadline will result in double payment and these individuals will be treated as "unregistered".

Furthermore, according to the Registrar of the Supreme Court, "any person, who fails, neglects or refuses to register and engages in any profession, trade, business or calling, is guilty of an offence and liable to a fine of $500."

Fees are payable to the Registrar, Registration Department, Judicial Centre, Whitepark Road, St. Michael, or the Chief Labour Officer, Labour Department, 2nd Floor East, Warrens Office Complex, St. Michael.

"Failure to meet this deadline will result in payment of fees twice that which is normally due."
