Work at Country Park Towers under construction at the

Country Road

and Bank Hall junction is advancing as planned.

Word of this has come from Project Manager of the National Housing Corporation (NHC), John Jackman, who said today, that “according to schedule, we are on target”.

The four NHC buildings will each rise four storeys high, and will contain 56 units in total, comprising of eight with three bedrooms and 48 with two bedrooms.

They will initially be used as temporary accommodation, for persons to be relocated from Cats Castle and Greenfield, as part of a neighbourhood upgrading project.

Completion of Country Park Towers is planned for April, 2010.
