The Barbados Secondary Schools’ Entrance Examination will be held next week Tuesday, May 8, at the 22 public secondary schools across the island from 9:00 a.m.

Consequently, the Ministry of Education and Human Resource Development has advised that there will be no school for students who attend these secondary schools.

This year, 3,961 students will write the exam that is commonly referred to as the Common Entrance Examination or the 11-Plus. The figure comprises 1,795 males and 2,166 females.????
