The Queen Elizabeth Hospital (QEH) has introduced a 24-hour, seven days a week client service at its Clinical Risk Management Unit (CRMU) aimed at improving communication between the hospital and the public.

Previously, the service offered at the CRMU allowed visitors and patients to visit or call the unit between 9:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. to raise concerns, make complaints, or leave comments or commendations.

With the introduction of the extended service, persons may now call 436-6450 extension 6283 after hours, on weekends and public holidays. Feedback on the hospital’s services may also be sent via e-mail at
