Members of the public are encouraged to register for any or all three upcoming webinars to be hosted by the Labour Department from Tuesday, July 6, to Thursday, July 8.

The webinars, which will focus on Labour Legislation and Industrial Relations Best Practices, are part of the department’s continuing efforts to promote a greater degree of labour-management cooperation. Each session will run from 9:00 to 11:15 a.m. daily.

The first one, scheduled for Tuesday, will examine the Sexual Harassment Act and the Shops Act, while the second, on Wednesday, will address issues related to the Fourth and Fifth Schedule of the Employment Rights Act and Employment Leave.  The final session will look at the Statement of Employment Particulars and Pay slips as well as the Employment (Discrimination of Employment) Act.
