Registration forms for the National Senior Games 2012 are now available at the National Assistance Board, Murrell House, Country Road, St. Michael; the National Sports Council, Welches, St. Michael; Sports and Games Limited, Corner of Roebuck and James Street, St. Michael; and the Barbados Olympic Association, Garfield Sobers Complex, Wildey, St. Michael.
Persons 40 years and over will have the opportunity to compete in basketball, archery, cycling, table tennis, tennis, netball and a number of track and field events.
Registration for table tennis and basketball will close on Friday, March 16, while the deadline for cycling is Saturday, March 24. Track and field athletes and persons interested in participating in the road race should register by Monday, March 26. Meanwhile, Thursday, March 29, is the deadline for tennis and netball competitors and archers may register before Wednesday, April 11.
