Parents and guardians are invited to register their children or wards for this year’s National Summer Camps Programme.

The camps, which will run from Monday, July 11, to Friday, August 12, will be held Mondays to Fridays from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

In addition to the general camps, this year’s programme will feature several special camps, including a Science and Technology Camp for six to 11 year olds; a Special Needs Camp specially coordinated by the National Disabilities Unit for children with special needs; and Camp Enterprise, designed for 13 to 17 year olds who are keen on building and running their own business.

Also on offer will be YDP Teens, which are four specially-designed camps for 13 to 15 year olds with an integrated programme in sports, the arts, life skills and business development; and a Digital Media Camp for children aged 13 to 15 interested in video production, sound, camera and lighting.

For a complete list of the camps, the age groups and the locations, interested persons should call the Division of Youth Affairs at 621-2700, or visit their website at www.youthaffairs.gov.bb.
