Members of the public 40 years and over are reminded that registration for the seminar on active ageing, which is being hosted by the Ministry of Social Care, Constituency Empowerment and Community Development, closes this Friday, May 31.

It will take place on Saturday, June 8, at the Queen’s Park Steel Shed, in The City, beginning at 8:00 a.m. There will be health checks and a display of health supplements from Seven Seas Ltd., and from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. there will be interactive sessions on various topics including nutrition, physiotherapy and productivity after retirement.

The seminar, which is being held in collaboration with the Productivity Council and Seven Seas Ltd., is one of the activities of the National Senior Games 2013, and is free to the public.
