Registration forms for National Summer Camps are available at the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Youth, in Sky Mall, Haggatt Hall, St. Michael.

Interested persons are asked to complete and return all registration forms to the Ministry by Friday, July 5, as no registration will occur at the camp venues.

This year there are 59 camps which will run from Monday, July 15 to Friday, August 23.?? Camps will be located at various schools, churches or community institutions across the island.?? In addition, the Youth Entrepreneurship Scheme (YES) will host the YES Juniors Entrepreneurship Camp at Queen’s College.??

The Division of Youth will also host 12 developmental camps for children ages 13 to 15.?? Eight of these camps will focus exclusively on culture; the other four are sports camps.

It is anticipated that over 10,000 children between the ages of four and 15 years old, will be accommodated at the summer camps.

Campers can also look forward to special projects in collaboration with the Pan African Commission, the Science and Technology Department, the Future Centre Trust, and others.
