Persons applying to the Town and Country Development Planning Office for planning permission are reminded that they are required to submit electronic applications with their hard copies.
They must submit four hard copies of the plans and the electronic drawings, including the surveyor’s plot, on a flash drive no greater in size than 8 GB, or CD or DVD ROM. All files must be submitted in PDF format to the Department’s reception, at Warrens Office Complex, Warrens, St. Michael.
The drawings must have a space measuring three by three inches at the top left hand corner of each sheet for affixation of the Town Planning stamp. Applicants are also required to submit the geographical coordinates, that is, the WGS-84 of the site, on the location plans.
