Residents of Cottage Grove, Bridgecot, Old Post Office Road, Belair and Applewhaites in St. George are invited to an important Town Hall Meeting to discuss the eradication or control of the Giant African Snail in their communities.
The meeting, which was previously scheduled for Thursday, September 11, was postponed as a result of poor attendance. It will now take place next Thursday, September 18, at 7:00 p.m. at the Belair Seventh Day Adventist Church, Bridgecot, St. George.
Residents of these areas are urged to make a special effort to attend this meeting which is aimed at curbing the spread of this niggling pest.
