Retired individuals from the Ministry of Education and Human Resource Development, will be recognised this Saturday, October 29, in a special function at the Accra Beach Hotel, Rockley Christ Church.

Tributes will be paid to the employees who retired in the last four years, including education officers, administrative officers and ancilliary personnel in a brief ceremony that will speak to their contribution to the sector.

The retired individuals include former Senior Education Officers, Donald Padmore; Michael Hoyte and Dan Carter; Audio Visual Aids Officer, Vasco Toppin; Technical Officer of the Education Project Implementation Unit, Roy Thomas and ancillary staff member, Grace Als.

The ceremony starts at 7:00 p.m., with Acting Chief Education Officer, Laurie King delivering remarks. ????

Senior officers and staff of the Ministry will also be in attendance.
