Under guidance from the Ministry of Health, the Barbados Revenue Authority’s office in Holetown closed early on Wednesday to facilitate contact tracing and testing. This closure was necessary due to possible contact with a positive COVID-19 case.

Fifteen members of staff associated with this location were tested. All of the tests results returned were negative for the virus.

Additionally, the Holetown office is being sanitised as part of the Authority’s incident response procedures and will reopen on Friday, October 2, 2020.

The Authority thanks staff and members of the public for their cooperation in this matter, as well as the Ministry for its continued vigilance in the midst of this pandemic.

The public is reminded to follow the health protocols when conducting business at the Authority.
