Primary and secondary school students are expected to return to the classroom on Tuesday, January 5, 2016, while teachers are required to report to school on January 4, for their planning sessions.
However, as a result of the official launch of the 50th Anniversary Celebrations of Independence on Wednesday, January 6, the Ministry of Education, Science, Technology and Innovation has advised that all schools will be closed on this date.
Regular school will resume on Thursday, January 7.
