Draughtspersons in the public and private sectors will learn more about their role and function as it relates to the Architects Registration (Amendment) Act 2005-28, at a forum this Wednesday, November 25.

It will be hosted by the Town and Country Development Planning Office, at the Garrison Room, Hilton Barbados, from 9:00 a.m. to noon.

The main presentation will be made by Principal Crown Counsel, Ministry of Transport and Works, Winston Coppin. He will speak on the topic: "What draughtspersons should know about the Architect’s Registration (Amendment) Act 2005-28".

Welcome remarks will be delivered by Acting Chief Town Planner, George Browne, while Permanent Secretary, Special Assignments, Prime Minister’s Office, Capt. Randolph Straughn, will deliver opening remarks.
