The Registration Department is located at the Supreme Court Complex, Whitepark Road. (FP)



With the exception of Districts ‘A’, ‘F’/Horse Hill and Boarded Hall Magistrates’ Court, registration of deaths will still be done at their locations. 

Registration of death for the Districts of ‘A’, ‘F’/Horse Hill and Boarded Hall Magistrates’ Courts will be processed on the 3rd Floor of the Supreme Court Complex, Whitepark Road, St. Michael.


Legal clerks will still be able to do searches at the Registry.



Only new death certificates will be processed. This is to be done by the funeral director in person.

 Registration of Births 

The law allows a year to register a baby without a penalty to be paid.  The Green Book can be used at the pharmacy up to six months.  Only if it is an urgency, such that a child needs to be airlifted for medical reasons, we will accommodate.

Birth Certificates

Only birth certificates that are required for a medical emergency will be processed.

Collection of Certificates

Collection of certificates will resume with effect from April 16, 2020.

Wills and Deeds

The only service being provided is the lodging of wills.
