The Parish Independence Committees will be hosting several activities to celebrate this island’s Independence and the public is encouraged to support the events in their communities.
There will be a motorcade throughout Christ Church on Saturday, November 10, from 1:00 to 7:30 p.m. and a concert will follow at Heritage Park, St. Philip. There will also be a Bathsheba By Night event at Bathsheba Park, St. Joseph, starting at 6:00 p.m.
The St. James committee will launch "Back to the Beginning" on Sunday, November 11, at the monument in Holetown, St. James, beginning at 6:00 p.m.
There will be a quiz – "So you think you know" – on Tuesday, November 13, at Golden Anchor Bar, Holetown, commencing at 8:30 p.m.
