The Community Development Department will mark its 45th anniversary with the staging of a series of Inter Community Games.
The disciplines being offered are basketball, netball, volleyball, three hand dominoes, road tennis and draughts.
Persons interested in signing up can collect registration forms from the Community Development Department, 4th floor, East Wing, Warrens Office Complex, St. Michael, or at any community/resource centre across the island.
The deadline for registration is Friday, August 5, 2016. For further information, persons may contact the Community Development Department at 535-1650.
Members of the public are also advised that due to unforeseen circumstances, the Department’s Community Development Day has been postponed until further notice.
The event was scheduled for this Saturday, July 9, in Queen’s Park from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. The Department apologises for any inconvenience caused.
