Primary school pupils from six to 11 years old are invited to register for the National Council for Science and Technology’s Science, Technology (NCST), Engineering and Mathematics (S.T.E.M.) Summer Camp, which will run from July 15 to August 23.

The theme of the camp will be “An Exciting Adventure through S.T.E.M.” and it will be housed at St. Stephen’s Primary School, Black Rock, St. Michael.

The camp will take place Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. each day. S.T.E.M. based activities will form the core elements of the camp.

These will include, hands-on science experiments; presentations by scientists; introduction to careers in science and technology; projects and weekly field trips.

Application forms are available at the offices of the National Council for Science and Technology, 4th Floor, Baobab Tower, Warrens, St. Michael, or on the Council’s website, www.ncst.barbados.gov.bb.

Registration ends Friday, June 28.
