In addition, persons may register between 4:45 and 5:45 a.m. on Saturday, August 11, the day of the walk and run. Those persons who have already registered for the events may visit the BDF to collect their registration packages.

After the charity event, a Corporate and Health Fair will be held at the BDF from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., and members of the public are invited to attend.  Organisations on display will include the Diabetes Association of Barbados, the Chronic Disease Research Centre, Hibiscus Health Caribbean Inc., and the HIV Testing and Counselling Section in the Ministry of Health.

In 2016, the BDF raised $10,000 for the Precious Touch Foundation Inc., and in 2017, the amount collected was $13,764.10.
