The Environmental Protection Department (EPD) will on Friday, August 12, sign a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with The University of the West Indies (UWI), Cave Hill Campus, to foster greater cooperation between the two organisations in the area of environmental management.
It will be held at 10:00 a.m., in the Jacqueline Wade Conference Room, Fourth Floor, Hilary McDonald Beckles Administration Complex, at The UWI.
Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Environment and National Beautification, Green and Blue Economy, Charley Browne, will sign the agreement with the Principal and Pro-Vice Chancellor, Professor Clive Landis.
