Persons interested in pursuing studies at the Samuel Jackman Prescod Polytechnic’s (SJPP) Open and Flexible Learning Centre are being invited to apply.

The Polytechnic is now offering a series of paper-based and online courses which will commence in August and September, respectively.

Courses being offered include: Small Business Management, Occupational Health, Safety and Welfare, Child Care and Nursery Management, Care of the Older Adult, Building and Maintenance Construction and Electrical Installation.

The SJPP will also be offering courses in Microcomputer Technology and Garment Making starting in January 2009.

Applicants for online courses must have access to a computer with internet connectivity. Application forms can be downloaded from the Polytechnic’s website at Forms may be collected from The Open and Flexible Learning Centre, Wildey Industrial Complex, opposite the main campus, Wildey, St. Michael or The Samuel Jackman Prescod Polytechnic, Main Campus, Wildey, St. Michael.
