Fifteen engines will be donated to the Samuel Jackman Prescod Polytechnic (SJPP) tomorrow, Tuesday, September 30.

The donation will be made by Trans-Tech Inc. at its company???s headquarters in Kendal Hill, Christ Church, at 3:00 p.m.

The 14 gasoline engines and one marine diesel engine are expected to augment the current stock used by students in the SJPP???s Motor Vehicle Engineering Division.

According to Deputy Principal of the SJPP in charge of Academics, Henderson Cadogan, the items will ???assist in the teaching of the practical aspects of student training as well as reinforce theoretical concepts???.

Managing Director of Trans-Tech Inc., Lloyd Brathwaite, will present the engines to Mr. Cadogan, on behalf of the Division.
