The Barbados Museum and Historical Society is appealing to the public for educational items from the 19th to early 20th centuries for an upcoming permanent exhibition.
Articles required include school books, exercise books with original hand-writing, uniforms, slates and inkwells. In addition, those persons who have school books, slates and exercise books up to the mid-20th century may also donate them.
Donations of these items to the Museum are preferred, but loan terms may be arranged, if necessary.
