Budding gardening enthusiasts will get the opportunity to improve their skills, when the Young Women’s Christian Association (YWCA), in collaboration with the Ministry of Agriculture and the United Nations Development Programme, hosts a Square -Foot Gardening course beginning next week Monday, September 27.
During the 12-week programme, persons can learn how to grow their own organic produce; how to sow and transplant; garden with limited space; feed soil to their plants, as well as learn basic gardening first aid.
