The Heads of Government of the Caribbean Community (CARICOM) recently held their 18th Special Meeting in Port-of-Spain, Trinidad and Tobago.

At the conclusion of that meeting, the CARICOM Heads declared their commitment to taking action at the national level to advance the regional integration agenda.
