The St. Joseph Constituency Council is providing scholarships to two students of that constituency who attend the Barbados Community College (BCC) and the University of the West Indies Cave Hill Campus (UWI).

The scholarships will take the form of book and stationery grants, and applications are open to students who have been accepted, or are currently enrolled full-time or part-time at the BCC or the undergraduate level of the UWI. The students should also be able to outline their financial needs. Participation in community activities will be used to rank candidates.

Shortlisted applicants will be required to attend an interview before the final selection is made.

Application forms may be collected from, and returned to, the University Book Shop, UWI, Cave Hill; the Book Source, BCC, Howell’s + Road; and the St. Joseph Post Office, no later than Friday, September 9.
