The St. Thomas Constituency Council will conduct a clean-up campaign next Thursday, July 28. Residents of the Hopewell, Bridgefield and Cane Garden communities are, therefore, asked to place all items for disposal outside their homes.

Items which may be placed for collection include: stoves, refrigerators, washing machines, glass, plastics, bottles, galvanise, wood and metals. Householders are asked, however, to separate plastics, papers, glass, metal and wood for easy disposal.

The initiative is being conducted by the Council, in association with the Environmental Department of the Warrens Polyclinic, the Sanitation Services Authority and B’s Recycling Centre.

For further information, please contact Anne O’Neale at 435-4463 / 836-0570, or Pastor Ivan Bromes at 427-9166 / 234-6481.
