The St. Thomas Constituency Council is teaming up with the Bureau of Gender Affairs to ensure that residents are well informed on issues surrounding HIV and AIDS.
Come Saturday, September 24, the two organisations will host a discussion entitled Gender Dimensions of HIV and AIDS, at the Church of the Nazarene, Shop Hill, at 6:00 p.m.
Topics to be discussed include: How HIV and AIDS is Transmitted, Sexually Transmitted Diseases and HIV and AIDS and Substance Abuse and HIV and AIDS.
The public is invited to attend.
