The Department of Commerce and Consumer Affairs is aware of the recalls of the following products with certain UPC Codes and best before dates.
These are: Mother’s, Keebler, Kellogg’s Special K Brownies, Murray and Famous Amos Snacks and Cookies by Kellogg Company; Mars Chocolate – Varieties of Combos by Mars Chocolate North America; Great Grains Protein Blend –Honey, Oats & Seeds Cereal by Post-Consumer Brands; Spicy Sweet Chili Doritos Tortilla Chips by Frito-Lay; and 5. Nature Made Vitamins by Pharmavite LLC.
The Standards Administration Unit of the Department is currently working with importers and distributors to ascertain whether the affected items have been imported into Barbados. Detailed information relating to the products affected can be obtained from here.
Persons who have travelled and bought any of these products from overseas for their personal use should also check to confirm that they do not have any of the recalled products.
