Students at the Vauxhall Primary School will get the opportunity later this week to learn more about various forms of disabilities.

Adjustment to Blindness Officer at the National Disabilities Unit (NDU), Marjorie Watson, will address Class Four students at that school this Wednesday, November 12, while Consultant/Facilitator with the NDU, Senator Kerryann Ifill, will speak to Class Three students on Friday, November 14.??Both sessions will take place from 9:00 a.m. to noon.

The presentations are expected to fit into the curriculum as it relates to Social Studies and Health Education, where emphasis has been placed on puberty, human rights, social integration, child abuse, nationhood and the negative effects of illegal substances.
