Fourth to sixth form students at the Alleyne School will get the opportunity to interact with Barbados’ Ambassador to the Caribbean Community (CARICOM), and hear about the opportunities available to them within the regional integration project, on Wednesday, February 12.

Ambassador David Comissiong will also use the occasion to inform the students about Prime Minister Mia Amor Mottley’s role as the Chair of CARICOM, and the upcoming 31st Intersessional Meeting of the Conference of Heads of Government of CARICOM slated for February 18 to 19, in Barbados. In addition, students will hear how they can participate in the I AM CARICOM campaign, which was launched by the CARICOM Secretariat in the margins of the Tenth Meeting of the CARICOM Committee of Ambassadors held in Guyana, on November 21, 2019.
