The Media Resource Department of the Ministry of Education and Human Resource Development, will be introducing a new educational radio series from next Tuesday, July 13, until August 11.

The broadcasts are specially designed for children in camps from ages five to 15.

Dubbed ???Summer Radio’, it will feature personality, Carl ???Alf’ Padmore travelling throughout the country providing tips on clean thoughts, clean living and a clean nation. It will be broadcast from 10:00 a.m. to noon on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from the Gordon Corbin Studio, Government Hill, St. Michael.

Campers will be invited to listen to clues on the mystery of the ???Intrusive Visitor’ and ???Sammy’s Trail’, with prizes being offered for correctly answered questions. The programmes will also include music, poetry, safety tips and general information. clashley@barbados.gov.bb
