The Barbados Chamber of Commerce and Industry???s Bridgetown Alive concept will come to a fitting climax when that organisation teams up with the Ministry of Tourism to host Theatre Comes to Bridgetown.
The event, slated for Thursday, September 12, commencing at 7:00 p.m., will feature performances from Lighthouse Productions, Stage 1 Productions, Kick Dust Productions and Shoestring Productions.
Shoppers in Bridgetown will be treated to one dramatic piece by each group in areas such as Rockers Alley located between CIBC FirstCaribbean International and Colombian Emeralds Corporate Office on Broad Street; Shepherd Street; and in front of Republic Bank on Broad Street.
The show is designed to raise awareness about HIV through the use of drama and the importance of Historic Bridgetown to the island???s tourism product.
