The Second Year students of the Barbados Community College (BCC) Hospitality Institute have introduced Themed Saturdays at the Muscovado Restaurant, Hotel PomMarine, Marine Gardens, Hastings, Christ Church.
During the semester, the institute will offer three themes – Pickle Me Up, Fully Loaded Saturday and Barbeque Fiesta – every Saturday, between 2:00 and 6:00 p.m., starting October 31.
Patrons may indulge in fully loaded breadfruit with Pulled Pork or Buljol, Pickled Chicken, Barbequed Ribs, Breadfruit Colada and Calypso Coffee.
