Government’s next town hall meeting to discuss the Green Paper on Immigration has been rescheduled to next Thursday, February 25, at the Princess Margaret Secondary School, St. Philip.

Minister of State in the Ministry of Labour and Immigration, Senator Arni Walters and senior Immigration Department officials will attend the session, which gets under way at 7:30 p.m.

All members of the public are invited to attend the discussion and air their views on the proposals contained in the Green Paper.

The first two meetings were held on January 28 and February 4, at the Christ Church Parish Church Hall and the Alexandra School, respectively.

Persons may view the Green Paper at the Immigration Department, Wharf Road or on the Barbados Government Information Service website, https://www.gisbarbados.gov.bb/.
